Techcross Water & Energy Signs Sewage Reclamation MOU with K-Water

Techcross Water & Energy Inc. (CEO: KIM Jung-Chul) has concluded an MOU for promoting sewage reclamation projects with K-Water (CEO: PARK Jae-Hyeon) on the 27th (Mon.). 

 

Signed at the Yeongsanang & Seomjingang Rivers Basin Head Office of K-Water in Gwangju, this MOU aims to jointly procure and pursue projects to reclaim sewage to supply quality industrial water at an affordable price to industrial complexes lacking water.

 

The cooperation between the two companies having know-how in project development, design, construction and operation & management of water reclamation projects is expected to achieve triple purposes, i.e., reinforcing competitiveness of corporations affected, preserving water quality and solving water shortage problem.

 

An official of Techcross Water & Energy explained that “water reclamation project will serve as a counterplan to solve the issue of unbalanced water supply caused by climate changes and to secure alternative water resource” and that “we will continue to build competence and interest in treated sewage reclamation projects.”

 

Meanwhile, Techcross Water & Energy is a company specialized in water treatment and environmental services that engages in development, design, construction and operation of ultrapure water, industrial water, sewage and wastewater treatment and water reclamation facility projects. The company built the largest treated sewage reclamation facility in the metropolitan area with capacity of approx. 40,000 ton per day in Paju in June 2018, and is operating the facility.
